NEW BUILD

INTERIOR DESIGN

For new building projects and custom homes we work together with your Architect or Contractor to ensure your home is functional, beautiful and on budget. Each project is unique and the packages are tailored per project. They include full design services from the initial stages up to the accessorizing and styling. The design fee is paid progressively throughout the project.

RENOVATION

OR REDESIGN

Give your home or space a new and improved look. This package is for interiors that need a make-over or an update. It may include rearranging, repainting, furnishing, decorating, and some architectural alterations. You'll be surprised at how small changes can make a big difference in your home or office!

Site visit and full measurements and photography
Assessing the existing space and what areas/items may be demolished, retained or repurposed
Design consultations and conceptualization
3D visualization
Includes working with you to complete design drawings and elevations
Frequent site visits to ensure that the design is being followed
Communication with contractor and suppliers
Sourcing of all required building materials

DESIGN ONLY

The design-only package is ideal for those out-of-town projects wherein designer supervision would be difficult or too expensive for the client.
